MALL TRIP WITH FRIENDS - 09/30/2023

today i went to the mall with my bestie and her boyfriend. our local mall is slowly dying and kinda lame, but we still had fun anyway.

the ride there wasn't anything interesting, we mostly just sat in silence and listened to the radio, which i think was on an 80s rock station?

the first thing we did when we got to the mall was go to the cookie shop, my friend got a slice of cookie cake, she let me have a bite. im not a big fan of cookie cake but i thought it was alright.

next we went upstairs to the food court. my friend wanted some pizza as well before shopping, she calls it her "pre-game" lol. mall food's pretty good.

next up was hot topic. nobody bought anything... hot topic is pricey man! i did see some cute sanrio stuff though. i also got my grubby little hands all up in the pin bin like i always do when i adventure around in hot topic.. i found some cute south park pins, but i am not paying $2 for a quater sized pin that i'll just end up losing anyway lol.

after hot topic was of course, f.y.e... god i love f.y.e... i love annoying everyone by spending half an hour scavenging through their used CD section. i found a chemical brothers CD for $5, exit planet dust. i thought that was a pretty good deal so i bought it, along with a ramune drink, i got the blueberry flavored one because i haven't seen that one yet. my friends boyfriend bought something too, he got a fugazi CD.

after f.y.e, we found a place to sit and chill for a bit while we thought of what we were gonna do next.

next was spencers. im honestly kind of scared of spencers. i'll be having a good time looking at stuff until i look to my right and see the butt plug wall... but other than that, i like spencers. the only thing i got here was another ramune drink, this time in the flavor strawberry. my friend got some pockys, the ones with chocolate on them. i told her she should've got the strawberry ones because well, they're the best ones, and she called me weird :(. i dont know if all spencers have a gumball machine near the cash register, but ours does and on it was a written sign that said something like "free gumballs! ask cashier for a quater to get your free gumball". i for some reason thought it was a joke, but i asked him for a gumball and he for real gave me a quater. so i got my gumball and it was yum. after spencers we went home.
