MY TRIP TO CORNING, NY - 09/22/2023

today i went to corning with family. we left at around 2 pm ish. i don't live too far from corning, so the car ride wasn't that long, maybe around 30 minutes or so.

when we got there, we parked in the wegmans parking lot and walked around a bit.

(cool bridge lol)

we walked over a walking bridge and back, then made our way to market street. i didn't take many pictures of market street, but i love corning's downtown so much, it's way better than my city's downtown area (it's pretty dead). there's so many stores and restaraunts, including a tommy hilfiger store, a candy store, a record store, and 2 pizza places (there's a lot more, those are just the only ones i can remember). there was also a public piano outside that anyone can play, my brother played it and no offense to him... but he isn't the greatest pianist lol. any way, we weren't really there to go on a shopping spree. i just wanted to go to the record store and buy some CDs.

i love this record store, though it is a little cramped. there's sooo much stuff here though. i found not only CDs but cassettes, vinyl records, DVDs, VHS tapes, videogames for various different gaming systems, and a bunch of other cool stuff. this is honestly my favorite record store, you can find popular music, new music, old music, and some pretty obscure music too. i got 4 CDs, they were Psalm 69 - Ministry, Rio - Duran Duran, WWIII Live 2003 - KMFDM, and Maximum Korn - Korn (it says it's a audio blog?). when i was done at the record store, we walked back to wegmans. at wegmans i got 2 ramune drinks, i got a peach flavored one and a lychee flavored one. after our wegmans adventure we got back into the car and made our way back home. before we went home, we stopped at mcdonalds. i got a pumpkin iced coffee (it was very good lol).
