SAINTS ROW 4 REVIEW - RATING: 7.5/10
Saints Row 4 is an action-adventure game that was first released on August 20th, 2013 for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Like the third game, this game takes place in a city named Steelport, but you're not just a gang member anymore, now you're also the president of the United States! This game has a very different storyline than the previous three games. At the beginning of the game (after you customize your character) you are just playing as what a normal day as the US President would be like, but then an alien empire known as the Zin invade Earth capturing you and your gang and place you into a simulation where you are able to get superpowers. I do like this game a lot, but its definitely not as good as the previous games. I don't really like how it went to a game where you play as a gang member to a game where you are the US president fighting aliens with your superpowers. The superpowers are fun to play around with though, and I understand why they made this big change to their game (I'd imagine that Saints Row would get compared to GTA a lot). Also like the previous game, SR4 has pretty easy missions and easy to get achievements. The things I like about this game are pretty much exactly the same as what I like about the third game (character customization, the characters in the game, the activites, etc.) But the radio tracklisting in this game is not as good as whats in the third game. But other than that I don't have much else to say about this game. I'd only recommened you play this if you're a fan of the SR series or just like to fight aliens, but other than that I'm not sure if you'd like this game that much.
